  • Completed a full evaluation of the business model project including the successful roll-out

How to guide

Step One

Review and analyse the performance of your business model using the criteria and process you developed and agreed in Stage three – Business Case. This should be based on commercial, financial, customer, marketing and resource based evaluation metrics and reviewed on a regular basis.

Consider if any of this information could inform your assessment of risks and future development within the company on future projects.

Also consider if the lessons learnt through this process could be applied to any other areas of the business.

Look at the steps will you take to encourage further innovation and development of business models in your organisation.
